About B.Sc. I.T (Honors) Web and Mobile Computing

The Faculty of IT and Computer Science offers a four year Honors program in Web & Mobile Computing which endevours to impart within the students the fundamental understanding and knowledge within this field. The final year of the Honors degree provides students with additional project/coursework, research, or other academic activities for refining skill sets and competencies. Mobile Computing and Web are the common elements which make up life in the 21st century. The increasing dependance upon digital technology has opened up a new gateway of exploring unique and innovative ideas in the field of web and mobile technology. Individuals who are highly trained skilled and trained in this field have been on a huge demand and this has created endless avenues for lucrative careers. The program has been strategically designed in such a way which provides the students with them an understanding of designing and building usable and effective interactive systems with efficient and client support and user interfaces with an ability to learn and understand state-of-the-art systems and softwares applications in web and mobile technology. As a way of providing students with the most enriching learning experience, the Faculty of IT & Computer Science has a league of top notch faculties and experts who go on to provide students with an in-depth academic and industrial understanding. The department has also been equipped with state of the art laboratories and workshops which have been serving the purpose of providing students with an indepth learning experience in preparation of their careers in the field of web & mobile technologies.
