The Blend of Business and Leadership has been at the core of every growth initiative which has driven the global econonies and an increased demand for resource persons in the field of policy and governance, the Faculty of Management Studies offers this 3-year undergraduate full-time Bachelors of Business Admistration in Leadership, Governance and Policy Making program designed to impart within the students multi-disciplinary learning of leadership qualities, governance styles and policy-making skills. The program has an in-depth curriculum that covers core areas like Indian History and Culture, Political Theory and Thought, Indian Constitution, Public Administration, skill-based areas like e-Governance, Project Management, and Data Analytics, upcoming areas like National Security, Foreign Policy, etc. The program is taken under the instruction of highly trained faculties and experts who provide the students with the most enriching learning experience to the scope of leadership and governance. The curriculum of this BBA program has been crafted keeping in mind the contempory and real time trends within the social, economnic and political spheres of India and around the globe.

Civil Services

The course can ensure comprehensive preparation for aspirants of the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Apart from this, the students can also prepare themselves for State Civil Services Examinations and other Competitive Exams.

Governmental and Entrepreneurial Ventures

The multi-disciplinary nature of the course allows students to establish themselves as expert in entrepreneurial initiatives and work as policy associates with governmental institutions.

Higher Education and Research

Students can pursue excellence in the domain through academic degrees in areas like Public Policy, Disaster Management etc. and can work as subject matter experts like Research Associates in eminent institutes.

Political campaign and election management

The course intends to impart the knowledge of leadership to the students which not only would create sound academia but also an in-depth understanding of political settings.
